TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF 50 CROWNS CASINO

1. ELIGIBILITY

   These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all persons who visit, register or play at 50 Crowns Casino (the "Site"). By registering or playing at the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.

    We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time, including but not limited to changing wagering requirements, game rules, bonus terms and payment processing times. Your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of them.

12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

    These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to access and use of the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings.

13. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curacao, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

14. BINDING EFFECT

15. AMENDMENTS AND WAIVERS

    We reserve the right to amend or waive any provision of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any such amendment or waiver shall be effective immediately upon posting on the Site.

16. GOVERNING LANGUAGE

    These Terms are written in English, which is the governing language of our agreement with you.

17. DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCESS

    In the event of a dispute between us and you, we will attempt to resolve it through mediation or arbitration as provided for under the laws of Curacao.

18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

    We shall not be liable for any loss, damage or expense arising from your use of the Site, including but not limited to any losses resulting from unauthorized access or errors in processing transactions.

19. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

    You acknowledge that our services are provided on an "as is" basis and we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding their accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.

20. CHOICE OF LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curacao, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Curacao.
